Design & Prototype

We create a moodboard with examples of style and color palette in line with the brand book, and then present a shortlist of 5-7 printed gadget proposals along with estimated pricing and lead times. The client chooses the direction that best fits the campaign objectives and preferences of the target audience. Once the concept is approved, we prepare realistic 3D visualizations of each gadget, showing logo placement and possible special effects (matte, gloss, engraving).

Report & Optimization

After the campaign, we aggregate data from several sources: number of gadgets distributed, QR codes scanned, landing page visits and leads acquired (CRM). We analyze the cost per contact (CPL) and cost per customer acquisition (CAC) and compare them with other marketing channels. In the report, we present a ranking of the most effective gadgets and recommend changes – such as changing the form of print, segmenting the audience, incorporating gamification or retargeting.
